Show Cooking by 1 star Michelin Chef Marco Bottega at Latium Region Booth at Italian Delegation Made in Italy Pavillion

 Chef Marco Bottega is part of the third generation of restaurateurs. Since childhood he has been nourished by the love of cooking, sacrifice and quality. The Chef’s success and fame led him to cook for several internationally renowned celesties. In 2009 he cooked for Pope Benedict XVI and in 2014 for Pope Francis. For 12 years he has been a regular guest on the television show “La prova del cuoco”.

For the two days of the Italian Pavillion he will offer us a completely Italian four different and delicious menus which Include:

Oct 23rd at 12PMTonnarelli Cheese and pepper
Oct 23rd at 2PM Mezze maniche Amatricina style
Oct 24th at 12PMSpaghetti butter and anchovies, crispy citrus bread

Latium Wines Master Class by Luciano Castiello at the Italian Delegation Made in Italy Pavillion.

The Italian Delegation Made in Italy Pavillion is delighted to welcome the esteemed and experienced Luciano Castiello, a Sales Professional with an extensive record of success in the Wine industry. Mr Castiello will honour us with a Master Class on Latium wines that will be presented throught the analysis of territory’s caracteristics.

As US National Ambassador for LVMH’s Champagne Division and for Castello Banfi Vinters, Castiello has established records of highly successful supplier-distributor relationships through his experience and knowledge of the wine sector.

The different soils, the climate, the temperatures of the Italian territory are crucial factors for the ripening the grapes. Just inside Lazio there is a great variety of wines (produced with different grapes) linked to the different characteristics of the territory. With this in mind, we are pleased to attend Luciano Castiello’s presention of our Latium Exhibitors’ wines.

Her passion for Italian culture and her love for conviviality have led her to develop engaging and interactive educational experiences, such as the “At the Italian Table” masterclass. With a practical and inspiring approach, Emanuela guides participants to discover Italian table manners and culinary traditions, making this experience a journey to discover true Italian flavor.
